Food is amazing as always. I absolutely love the dumplings, they are my favorite appetizer. Elva is just a great waitress. She's always so fast and informative, especially if you are new to Hotpot/KBBQ. I come here pretty often, she's always so nice. Music is always good and upbeat, sets the tone and you're bound to have a great experience.
We have visited twice in less than a month. The hotpot is so good, they have a variety of broths to choose from, the Chongqing mala broth and the kimchi broth are our two favorites but the beef and tomato and the house special are also really good! The tables sit 6 comfortably but the people on the edges either don't have access to the veggies and meat towers or to the broth so i recommend only going with 4 unless you request a table that isn't a booth. The service has been ok both times although the waitresses can be a little rough sometimes but luckily you don't have to deal with them much. It can get pretty busy and a bit loud but the way the tables are set up it doesn't affect the experience much, if at all. Parking lot is available but can be a but small, and it's on a hill so beware to wear good winter shoes if you're going in the icy months or you WILL slide down the hill.
First time here and already planning to come back with more family. We went around 2 on a Sunday and they had a few big parties but was quiet, by the time we left closer to 4pm they were starting to fill in. We had beef bulgogi which came from the kitchen, a specialty sushi roll and then the two broth shabu with our choice of meats and a vegetable display with udon noodles. You get to choose from a large sauce bar for what you want to pair with your food! Everything was delicious and the servers were very attentive throughout our stay. They seem to rotate between 3 servers to every table to help with showing what to do (we didn't need that) and refilling beverages and broth as needed. Will definitely be trying the Korean bbq next time!
Huge space, very attractive ambience, and excellent service. Can understand why the big parking lot was quite full when we went. Food was pretty good, not out of this world or anything but nothing to complain about. Hotpot was better than most I've had. Also had the seafood pancake and pork and calamari bulgogi. The calamari was a bit tough and probably frozen not fresh, and the pork was a bit sparse considering how much the dish cost, but it was well seasoned, not too spicy and not too bland. Seafood pancake was good although the actual seafood in it was slightly bland, again makes me wonder if it was frozen seafood they used. All in all, it's a solid place for a nicer, somewhat more upscale dining experience. Would be a good place to take a date. Would I make this a regular eating out place though? Doubtful.
We had an amazing first experience with Korean BBQ, thanks to Daniel and his colleague Carmen! Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations, making it easy to navigate the menu as first-timers. Both he and Carmen were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the service made it even better. We'll definitely be back!
